We ship to continental U.S only
Free shipping for all orders over $50 and a flat shipping rate of $8.95 for orders under $50.
Orders are usually shipped within 48hrs, check your email with your shipment tracking number to check the progress.
We do not ship to APO or PO Boxes.
For all purchases made online, we do not ship outside of continental U.S.

Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check status of the order at your convenience. Change Submitted Orders:
If you would like to change or add items to your order you will need to create a new order. Orders may not be cancelled.
Report Order Problem:
If you believe you have received damaged or incorrect goods, you must contact customer service via Contact Us within 48hours of receipt of the goods along with your order reference number.
A Caronlab representative will be in contact to discuss and resolve your query. If we do not receive notification within 48 hours, any shortage, damage or other deficiency will be deemed to have occurred after delivery to you.
When goods have been ordered in error or as not expected, it is Caronlab policy not to accept returns. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returns & Exchanges:
We go all out to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase of our Caronlab products. However, we understand that sometimes a return must be made, and we aim to ensure the process is as easy and hassle-free for our customers as possible.
We will gladly exchange your item within 7 days of receipt.

NOTE: We request that you send your shipment with a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. If there is no tracking number, we cannot assume any responsibility for lost, stolen or misplaced items. Retain your tracking number as we will be unable to refund or replace your order without proof of delivery.
Refund will always be issued to the same payment method to your originally purchase.
Please note refunds take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
